CyberPlug

Banks

Controls, risk and evidence across every department, reported to the board.

The pressure

Accountability now sits with the board

  • The Bank of Ghana's directive asks for a board cyber committee with a cyber-qualified director and a CISO who reports to the CEO.
  • Reporting is expected on a rhythm, with quarterly board reporting.
  • Each department keeps its own controls and risks in its own file, and a person reconciles them before every committee.

Risk Manager
Logs risks, scores them and tracks mitigation.
Auditor
Gets read-only access to evidence, history and approvals.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

How does CyberPlug handle many departments?

Every control and risk has a named owner, and the executive dashboard reports posture across them.

How is our data protected?

Your data is kept separate from every other institution's and is encrypted at every step, whether it is stored or being sent. The keys we use to read your systems are encrypted too.

What does our external auditor see?

Read-only access to evidence, history and the named approver, so they inspect it directly.

Do you integrate with our core banking system?

Not today. Live connectors cover AWS, GitHub, Google Workspace, Okta and PostgreSQL, and other systems are added by request. Documents are uploaded and reviewed the same way.
